The low carbohydrate diet—personal experience in type 2 diabetes

Abstract
Following the low‐carbohydrate diet, defined by Drs Berstein, Eades and Atkins, I have lost 23% of my body weight and my blood sugar, total cholesterol and HbA1chave all fallen.
