Intraperitoneal insulin pump therapy during pregnancy: Two cases

Abstract
Two cases are reported where young women of child‐bearing age had insulin infusion pumps implanted in the abdomen to deliver insulin intra‐peritoneally, for differing reasons. Both subsequently became pregnant and were brought to successful delivery with the pumps in place.
