Authors
Abstract
We describe a 45 year old person with type 1 diabetes who presented with recurrent hypoglycaemic attacks. These were found to be due to adult onset coeliac disease and, following institution of a glutenāfree diet, her diabetes control stabilised and insulin requirements returned to their earlier levels.
